Which subscription plan is right for me?
Pick by listing volume. Starter fits home sellers with up to 25 active items. Pro suits established businesses with up to 100 items and Google Ads exposure. Elite is for high-volume businesses who want unlimited listings plus full marketing reach across the homepage, email, and social.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Manage Billing link on your dashboard. Your benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your listing quota drops to zero and active listings close. Business accounts do not have a free-selling fallback. You can resubscribe any time to restore your listings.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your business subscription is suspended and your listing quota drops to zero. All active listings are paused until payment is resolved. Business accounts do not revert to an individual plan. Update your payment method from Manage Billing to restore access.
Do you offer refunds or prorated billing?
We do not refund or prorate unused portions of a subscription term. Yearly plans give you the lowest per-month rate, but only if you are confident you will use the full year.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Switch tier any time from Manage Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the cost. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
How is this different from selling as an individual?
Individual sellers can list up to 25 items with no monthly fee. Business plans unlock marketing reach (Google Shopping, social, homepage, email features) and higher listing caps. The 25 percent transaction commission applies to all sellers, individual or business.
